Lauren L. Schreiber was admitted to practice in 2012 and became an associate with Schwartz & Silverstein, LLP, the predecessor of Silverstein Law P.C., in that year.   Prior to that, she worked as a certified paralegal for 10 years with Schwartz & Silverstein LLP and for 15 years with New York City and other Rockland County based firms.  As a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music, Lauren’s extensive experience is enhanced by the sensitivity and discipline she developed as a trained musician.

Lauren’s practice is concentrated in real estate transactions, title matters, estate administration and the preparation of business agreements.

She has represented the interests of buyers, sellers and financial institutions in over 1000 residential and commercial real estate transactions.

In addition, she leads the firm’s estate administration practice, efficiently guiding families through all phases of the process, from the gathering of necessary documents and petitioning the Court for the appointment of a legal representative, through the final transfer of assets, accounting and closing of the estate.
