GREGG A. COFFEY

Gregg A. Coffey has over 20 years’ experience as an attorney in Rockland County, with a primary focus in trusts and estates, probate and estate administration, adult guardianship and elder law.  In addition, he handles landlord/tenant issues and general litigation matters for his clients.

Gregg has experience in all aspects of Article 81 guardianship law and is certified in Rockland and Orange Counties for court appointments as a guardian, attorney and court evaluator in guardianship proceedings.

He served as general counsel to the Village of Nyack Housing Authority for ten years.

Gregg serves as a board member of CANDLE, Inc., an organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth, including LGBT youth, in Rockland County and throughout the lower Hudson Valley. He previously served for eight years as a board member and former president of TOUCH, Inc., an organization serving people living with HIV/AIDS in the lower Hudson Valley.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Gregg holds a law degree from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Coffey is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
